At the Shop of the PWHL, we want you to wear your team pride with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Items

Place the unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
